This machine can assemble all kinds of syringes, including luer slip type, luer lock type and partial head type etc.Loading and assembling all the parts of the syringe automatically.

Mitsubishi converter,microprocessor control and photoelectric monitoring has been adopted, therefore it has such features as stops automatically without materials and starts automatically when supplementing the materials.Fast speed of assembling and stable performance.

The components that contacting with this machine has employed stainless steel(SUS304),Nylon(MC) and special conveyer belts for food that approved by FDA, and the components used in other parts have been embalmed correspondingly. The welds and joints are smooth, nice appearance.

The machine dose not pollute the products and the clean area, it can continue normal production for 24 hours.
